  • Manage a global internal creative agency of graphic designers and video production specialists providing design reviews, feedback and performance management to ensure high quality creative solutions across print, digital and video.

  • Serve as the Creative Director, design and lead creative execution across digital, print, presentation and video, managing the end-to-end creative workflow and collaborating cross-functionally to align brand requirements and deliver on-time, high-quality work for over 1,000 projects annually.

  • Own and evolve brand systems and visual identity standards across CorelDRAW, Parallels, MindManager, and WinZip.

  • Champion innovation by integrating AI-powered creative workflows (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate concepting and improve efficiency.

  • Co-led the global rebrand of Alludo (now retired) managing over 100 visual assets, establishing new brand governance frameworks, and ensuring adoption across 600+ employees. 

  • Championed a new cloud-based, user-friendly digital asset manager (DAM), improving accessibility of over 800 creative assets to over 600+ employees.
